How to Invest

You can invest in shares of the KEELEY funds directly and have your shares held by our transfer agent, DST Asset Manager Solutions, Inc., or you can purchase shares through your investment professional.

To invest directly, you will need the appropriate applications and/or forms contained in the KEELEY funds Investor Kit. To obtain a KEELEY funds Investor Kit – or the respective applications and forms – please select from one of the following four options:

KEELEY funds shareholder service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. They can answer any questions and take your request for respective applications and/or forms needed to open a new account or add to an existing account.

Investment Objectives

KEELEY Small Cap Dividend Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income through investments in equity securities of companies with a small market capitalization and that currently pay, or are reasonably expected to pay dividends to shareholders. The Adviser currently defines small market capitalization as securities within the range of the Russell 2000 Value® Index at the time of investment. The market cap range of the index changes daily, and as a result, the capitalization of small cap companies in which the Fund invests will also change.

KEELEY Small-Mid Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in equity securities of companies with a small or mid-sized market capitalization. The Adviser currently defines small and mid-cap market capitalization as securities within the range of the Russell 2500 Value® Index at the time of investment. The market cap range of the index changes daily, and as a result, the capitalization of small and mid- cap companies in which the Fund invests will also change.

KEELEY Mid Cap Dividend Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income through investments in equity securities of companies with a mid-sized market capitalization and that currently pay, or are reasonably expected to pay dividends to shareholders. The Adviser currently defines mid-cap market capitalization as securities within the range of the Russell Midcap® Value Index at the time of investment. The market cap range of the index changes daily, and as a result, the capitalization of small cap companies in which the Fund invests will also change.

 

IRA

Shares of the Funds may be purchased in regular, SEP, Roth and Education IRA accounts.
